The Challenge
A Series C fintech company was struggling with infrastructure drift, manual compliance processes that consumed engineering time, and lack of on-call coverage leading to extended incident response times. Their AWS costs were growing faster than revenue, and they needed SOC2 Type II certification to close enterprise deals.
Our Solution
We rebuilt their entire infrastructure using Terraform, implementing GitOps workflows with automated drift detection. We designed and deployed a comprehensive observability stack with custom dashboards and alerting. For compliance, we automated evidence collection and integrated it with their GRC platform. Finally, we established a 24/7 SRE program with documented runbooks and escalation procedures.
